For the first time in India, Blessing Engg. pvt. ltd., backed up by over two decades of experience in the field of copper and copper alloys smelting / refining / melting and various types of casting such as conventional, down casting, semi continuous casting, and horizontal continuous casting plants, have successfully developed Copper Strip Casting up to 620 mm width with Vertical Continuous Casting Plant ( VCCP ).

Wire flattening Plant for Flat & profile wire

We design and manufacture (as per the customer requirements) complete plant for the production of above wires. We also erect, commission the plant and transfer the technology and extend all the technical support required during production.

Horizontal casting plant

The use of horizontal casting for rod and tube casting of different alloys has reduced to great extent. However we supply the HCCP for wider width strips in different copper alloys for specific requirements where strip casting through VCCP is critical. We build continuous casting plants as per customer requirements. We believe in getting involved with our customers, understanding their requirements, sharing our knowledge and experience and offering robust and reliable cost-effective solutions. The plants we have developed are operating successfully.
